- double-deck tent with upstairs restaurant, bar area, meeting rooms, shop, etc.
- registration sites (attendance, hotels, meetings, meals, evening event)
- CRM strategy
- customer merchandise shop
- internal communication
- press release (in coordination with MarCom team)
- uniforms for the staff
- catering for the restaurant
- outdoor demo area
- assistance for 3 evening events with a show and raffle, and much more!
